If you do not take into account the preparation time of the chicken breast, then the salad is made quite simply and quickly. Also, the flavor range of the salad is supplemented with grapefruit, mint and parsley greens and toasted sesame seeds. Salad can be served both in a hot form, spread out on a portioned plate immediately after the end of the chicken breast preparation, or in a cold one.
Ingredients:- Chicken breast 500g
- Ruccola 100 g
- Grapefruit 1 pc.

- Parsley fresh 1 bunch
- Soy sauce 100 ml
- Fresh mint 0.5 bunch

- Step 1 To prepare the salad, we prepare the following products: we will pick up the chicken breast in soy sauce. It is necessary to wash the rukola, parsley and mint leaves, sesame seeds, and clean the grapefruit.
- Step 2 Let's start the salad preparation, first we need to wash and cut the chicken breast into cubes.
- Step 3 Then pour the breast with soy sauce and leave to marinate for about 30-40 minutes. While the breast is marinated, we will start preparing the rest of the ingredients.

- Step 8 First lay out the raccoon, sprinkle with parsley and mint greens, then go grapefruit and chicken breast, sprinkle with sesame. Sprinkle the salad with olive oil. We serve a portion, pleasant appetite!
