The original combination of the bitter taste of arugula, tart cheese and sweet pears is very unusual, but it causes only positive emotions. No less strong than from the presence of a loved one nearby or from the action of wine. To prepare a salad with pears and cheese of time, you will take many times less than the same olive or Greek salad, but the result will be excellent - you will be able to impress your beloved not only with your culinary abilities, but with bold imagination.
Ingredients:- Pear 2 pcs.
- Rukkola 1 beam
- Cheese with mold soft 120 g
- Fresh mint 0.25 bunch
- Lemon 0.5 pcs.
- Walnut 50 g
- Olive oil 4 tbsp. l.
- Pepper black ground 1 pinch
- Salt 1 pinch
- Step 1 To prepare the salad, you need a large bunch of arugula, 2-3 sweet juicy pears, soft cheese with mold like Dor blu, several sprigs of mint, walnuts, lemon juice, olive oil and spices.
- Step 2 Rukkola and mint wash well, dry and cut.
