Green salad with grapes This salad is rich, but not heavy, with an original combination of ingredients. There is everything: soft and hard, juicy and crunchy, sweet and sourish, meat and fruit - a real explosion of taste. Such a salad may well replace a full dinner or become an appetizing dish at the beginning of lunch. In hot weather, this salad is perceived as light and fresh, high-calorie supplements are not felt at all.
Ingredients:- Sausage cervelat 50 g
- Salad Corn 70 g
- Grapes dark 100 g
- Cedar nuts 2 tbsp. l.
- Bread white 2 piece
- Olive oil 3 tbsp. l.
- Lemon juice 0.5 tsp.
- Pepper black ground 1 pinch
- Step 1 For salad we need root rosettes, boiled-smoked serverel, grapes, slices of white bread for crackers, pine nuts, olive oil, lemon juice, pepper.
- Step 2 Before preparing the salad, soak the root, previously shuffled and peeled off roots and damaged leaves. Water should be as cold as possible, add a tablespoon of vinegar to it, then the root will be fresh and crunchy.
- Step 3 Slice the small slices with Servlet.
- Step 4 Fry cedar nuts without oil. They should acquire a golden hue.
- Step 5 We cut the grapes into halves, take out the bones.
- Step 6 From white bread to make crunches. That they were crispy from the outside and soft inside, before blushing they should be sprinkled with olive oil.
- Step 7 For filling, make a sauce "Vinaigrette" from butter, lemon juice and pepper.
- Step 8 We divide the corn from the water into plates.
- Step 9 Servelat is freely distributed on the leaves of the root.
- Step 10 Spread the halves of the grapes, pour the sauce, then lift the fork with layers.
- Step 11 It remains to sprinkle the salad with croutons and nuts and you can enjoy its original taste.
