- Cheese with mold - 60 Grams
- Mayonnaise - 1 glass
- Milk - 7 Art. spoons
- Vinegar - 2 Teaspoons
- Spices - - To taste (garlic powder, paprika, ground pepper)
The recipe for a cheese sauce with a mold is simple. To begin with, in some kind of container (I use jars for this - it's convenient to store sauce in them) mix vinegar and milk. Stir well and leave at room temperature for 15 minutes. The mixture will thicken a little. After 15 minutes, add the crushed cheese to the mixture with mold. There we add all the spices. Add mayonnaise and mix well. We adjust the sauce to a density - if you want more liquid, then add a couple of spoonfuls of milk. Stir until uniform - and that's it, the sauce is ready!
