Replacing the usual cottage cheese with chocolate is an excellent solution to surprise your loved ones. I remembered the recipe test for the opaque, which my grandmother taught me, and added a little chocolate to the well-known recipe for cheesecakes. The result is a delicious, healthy and fresh dessert!

- Wheat Flour 500 g
- Yeast, dry 5 g
- Butter 150 g
