Conflicts and solutions

All of us are not insured against misunderstanding and rejection of the people around us, which often leads to conflicts, with all the ensuing consequences. How to get out of this situation by the winner and not drop the person, this will be discussed in this article.

"Disappear as ships in the sea"

This method involves interrupting the development of a conflict situation by withdrawing one of the parties or separating the conflicting parties with the help of outsiders. For example, the understanding of ready to fight heated people or divorce proceedings.

At first glance, this kind of conflict resolution is very effective, as it is able to stop the conflict immediately. But also, this will lead to the inevitable latent continuation of the conflict, which may break out again after the first opportunity. So, people who were ready to fight will think over ways to punish their abusers in the future or after some time, and the husband and wife, even after the divorce, will sometimes have to meet if they are connected by common children. And if they parted not very friendly, then such meetings will not bring them special joy.

Peace, friendship, chewing gum

A peaceful outcome of the conflict means taking a decision that takes into account the interests of both conflicting parties with respect to partially or completely mutually beneficial consequences.
The beginning of any conflict is always a verbal skirmish, and if either side fails to convince the enemy of its rightness, then this inevitably leads to further escalation of the conflict, for example, to a fight. Therefore, dialogue is the most reliable form of solving problems of mutual understanding between people and states. As a result of the dialogue itself, the resolution of the conflicts that have arisen seems to be the most effective method, which it is never too late to resort to.

World judge

Conflicting parties may involve a third force, in the person of which the magistrate, the elders or the disinterested party may act, to resolve the conflicts that have arisen. In some cases, recourse to a third force can come from one of the opposing sides with the purpose of power support of their rightness and pressure on the opponent.

Fight

The resolution of conflict situations by the use of force is fairly simple and the consequences are predictable, but they are unlikely to justify themselves.
After all, if it concerns a group of people between whom a conflict arose, then this will end in a banal fight, and if the conflict is at the state level, then this method of solving the problem implies the use of the armed forces of both countries and all the consequences of such actions.
The positive moment for this method of solving conflicts is only one - this is the end of the conflict here and now. But this is only the tip of the iceberg, and it is unlikely that the losing side will accept the role of the "wrong side". A victim who has not ended up in a conflict situation will not give up attempts to satisfy his restrained pride and attempts to win back his lost position are unlikely to leave. A positive result from this method of conflict resolution, as a rule, is not very effective and will bring much trouble to the victorious side and will require the strength and resources to maintain its validity in the future.

Fighting with a third party

A violent method of resolving conflicts involving one of the parties for its support of a third force is not a very common phenomenon in a social society, since it almost always implies a violation of the law. But, nevertheless, this phenomenon exists. For example, the opposing party can seek help from criminal elements to eliminate the enemy.

Themis

The analysis of conflict situations with the help of the judiciary has both positive and negative points. The conflict that has arisen will be resolved in accordance with the adopted legislation. However, this does not always imply an absolutely correct decision in favor of one of the parties. Since no existing legislation is able to cover all aspects of human relationships in a comprehensive manner. Not infrequently such methods of conflict resolution depend on the agility of the parties' lawyers and public opinion.

Arbitration court. The solution of the conflict is entrusted in this method to a third party, an authority whose opinion will be strictly enforced and accepted by both sides. In the role of arbitrator, a person or a group of persons can act.

Any conflict ends sooner or later. But the victory in the conflict, as well as the defeat, are not its only final results.

Mutual defeat.

It is not uncommon for one of the opposing sides, realizing the impossibility of a positive outcome in their favor, makes attempts to "blacken" the opponent in the face of the public or takes other actions of direct or indirect harm.

Compromise.

This result of the conflict situation implies its most perfect completion. The parties try to come to a decision, the outcome of which does not infringe the rights and position of any of the opposing sides.
