And the filling can be made to your taste or according to the recipe, the most interesting in it is the original design of salted salmon in the form of a star. Ingredients:- Salmon salted 300 g
- Crab sticks 200g
- Eggs chicken 3 pcs.
- Canned corn 150 g
- Pepper sweet 1 pc.
- Mayonnaise 2 tbsp. l.
- Salad green 0.5 beam
- Red caviar 10 g
- Step 1 To prepare a salad you will need: salted salmon, corn, crab sticks, eggs, sweet pepper, mayonnaise, lettuce leaves and caviar for decoration (optional).
- Step 2 Boil the eggs hard (dip into cold water and cook for 8 minutes from the boil), then cool.
- Step 3 Cut the salmon into thin slices along the length (10 pieces), the rest - small cubes (for the filling).
- Step 4 Cut the crab sticks into cubes.
- Step 5 Cut the sweet peppers as well.
- Step 6 Cut the boiled eggs into small cubes.
- Step 7 Mix the chopped eggs, peppers, crab sticks, salmon and corn, add the mayonnaise and mix.
- Step 8 For portioning the salad on the plate, put 5 leaves of the salad.
- Step 9 With a teaspoon, put the salad on the leaves.
- Step 10 Dress it with thin slices of salmon, corn and caviar.
