Ingredients:

• Pork pulp 1 kg
• Pumpkin 1000 g
• Corn canned 1 can
• Canned peas 1 can
• Sweet pepper 300 g
• Garlic 2 cloves
• Onion 2 pcs.
• Tomato sauce 4 tbsp. l.
• Wheat flour 2 tbsp. l.
• Salt 1 tbsp. l.
• Pepper black ground 0.5 tsp.
• Curry 2 tsp.
• Parsley fresh 10 g
• Sunflower refined sunflower oil 5 tbsp. l.
• Broth chicken 350 ml

Instructions

• Step 1 To prepare the stew we need the following ingredients: pork, pumpkin, canned green peas and corn, onion, garlic, sweet pepper (fresh or frozen), salt, spices, vegetable or chicken broth.
• Step 2 We cut the meat into small pieces of medium size.
• Step 3 Lightly fry the meat in a frying pan, sprinkle with salt, black pepper and curry.
• Step 4 Pump the pumpkin and cut into cubes with a side of 1.5 cm.
• Step 5 Also add a little salt and add curry, stew under the lid until soft.
• Step 6 Cut the onions into small squares of medium size.
