Finely chop our greens (I have parsley). Mix the greens with lemon juice. There also add finely chopped garlic. Add a piece of butter to the mixture. Finally, salt and pepper. We mix it well. We form a ball from the resulting mixture, wrap it in a plastic bag and send it to the freezer for a little while. Clean the shrimp, remove the intestinal strand. We put the asparagus in the steamer. Over the asparagus we lay the peeled shrimp. And on top we rub on a large grater the green butter from the freezer, prepared by us. We cook this whole thing for a couple of about 8 minutes.
