Fish well mine, we clean from scales. Dry with a paper towel and cut into steaks. Onions cut into rings. Unfortunately, I lost the next photo. Therefore, imagine: in a deep bowl we add onions, our steaks, their salt, pepper, season by taste. Then squeeze the lemon juice into the fish, add a spoonful of mayonnaise and mix everything thoroughly with hands. Then cover the trout and leave to marinate for 3 hours! Then we prepare the coals (not the strongest ones) and lay our fish on the net. Fry from two sides until golden brown. This will take approximately 15 minutes. Then we put the fish into a dish and serve it to the table. Have a nice picnic;)
