- Vanilla sugar - 1 To taste
- Cinnamon - 1 To taste
Prepare the filling of the cake: wash the apples, cut the peel, cut into 4 pieces and remove the core. Cut apples into thin slices, put them in a bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice so they do not darken. For the preparation of the dough: eggs (yolk together with protein), break into a bowl, add sugar and beat the mixer in foam. Gently pour sifted flour into a bowl with beaten eggs and mix with a tablespoon until a uniform mass is formed. Add vanilla sugar and cinnamon to taste, as well as a teaspoon of extinguished soda - all mix thoroughly. Shape the baking pan with butter. Put half the dough, then lay out a layer of apples and top with the rest of the dough. Bake cake in preheated to 180 g. oven for 35-40 minutes. If the cake starts to darken beforehand (burn), remove it and cover it with foil. Bon Appetit!
