- Shrimp raw peeled - 400 Grams

- Chili pepper flakes - 1/4 Teaspoons
- Dried Basil - 1/2 Teaspoons
- Garlic - 1 Tooth
- Butter - 4 items. spoons
- White dry wine - 1 glass
- Fat cream - 1/2 cup
- Salt, pepper - - To taste
- Parmesan - - To taste
Put the tomatoes, onion, chili (flakes), basil, garlic and butter in a frying pan, season with pepper. Put on medium fire. Add wine and cook until the wine has evaporated almost completely (there should be quite a bit of liquid left). Peeled shrimps are sprinkled with olive oil, salt and pepper. Fry the prawns on medium-high fire until ready, it's literally 3-4 minutes. As soon as the liquid in the frying pan evaporates almost completely - add cream to it. Immediately after this - shrimp.
