Holiday pancakes There is nothing easier than to grease a pancake with sour cream or honey, fold an envelope or a triangle - and serve it to the table. And if a little pekativit and turn pancakes into roses? Such a treat on the festive table will look original, and children will have to taste, and a loved one can be pleased in the morning. Decorate sweet pancake roses can be anything: melted chocolate and powdered sugar, condensed milk and a fine colored powder for cakes, jam and coconut shavings - further your fantasy will tell. I made roses from open-work yeast pancakes, but you can use any thin pancakes.
Ingredients:- Wheat flour 3 tbsp.
- Water boiled 2 tbsp.
- Salt 1 tsp.
- Yeast, dry 11 g
- Milk 0.5 liters
- Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
- Eggs chicken 2 pcs.
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 3 tbsp. l.
- Sugar pencil 1 pc.
- Chocolate black 50 g
- Sugar powder 1 tbsp. l.
- Condensed milk 1 tbsp. l.
- Confectionery powder 10 g
- Step 1 For pancake roses we will need thin pancakes, for example, delicate pancakes on yeast, chocolate, powdered sugar, confectionery powder "colored sugar", condensed milk, sugar pencil green.
- Step 2 Pancakes add up on the same principle as for cutting snowflakes - this we often did in childhood. We get triangles in 8 additions.
- Step 3 Cut off the strip from the top of the triangle 4 cm wide.
- Step 4 We unfold the strip in a ring, cut it in one place and pat the edge with something sticky: melted chocolate, condensed milk or jam. From the rest of the triangle you can make buds and leaves.
- Step 5 We twist the ring into a rose, first making the turns more dense, and then laying folds-petals.
- Step 6 Easily dipped the edges of the resulting rose in a sticky mass, for example, in condensed milk, and then into free-flowing, for example, colored sugar. It turns out a little rose with a beautifully designed corner.
- Step 7 The same can be done with chocolate and powdered sugar - it's very tasty. Unfortunately, in the photos chocolate creates the impression of burnt pancakes, in reality they look very impressive.
- Step 8 Put the roses on the plate, decorate it with spirals and leaves cut from the bottom of the triangles. Green sugar pencil, if desired, draw veins on the leaves. These roses are not only beautiful, but a wonderful sweet and tasty treat for tea.
