Among the ingredients - only vegetables. Chop onion and garlic in small cubes, carrot finely grate on a grater or cut into thin strips. Thin shred fresh cabbage. We clean Bulgarian peppers, cut into small cubes. Tomatoes and cut into small cubes. It is better to use more strong tomatoes - they will not fall apart and will not turn into porridge during cooking. We transfer all the prepared vegetables in a saucepan, we also add a finely chopped celery stalk, dill and bay leaf. Fill with water (the amount of water - at your discretion, depending on which soup you like more - thick or liquid). We put on the fire. We bring the soup to a boil, after which we reduce the fire and cook without a lid on a weak boil for about 30 minutes. Somewhere 15-20 minutes before the end of cooking, we add to the soup ground hot red pepper - it improves digestion and, therefore, promotes weight loss. We serve hot. Bon Appetit! ;)
