Fruits, I years and cabbage A distinctive feature of this salad is that in it more than half the masses are fruits and berries. But the salad is not dessert at all. This salad is perfect for meat. An interesting sweetish-acidic dressing consisting of honey (better than buckwheat), olive oil, orange juice and orange peel is balanced in salad with sour orange, kiwi and cranberries. It is very appropriate in the composition of salad and raisins.
Ingredients:- White cabbage 200 g
- Orange 1 pc.
- Kiwi 1 pc.
- Cranberry fresh 20 g
- Raisin light 30 g
- Salt 2 g
- Black pepper powder 0.2 g
- Olive oil 3 tbsp. l.
- Mustard 5 g
- Honey 1.5 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 To make a salad, we need cabbage, sweet and sour orange, kiwi, raisins, cranberries, honey, olive oil, mustard, salt, pepper.
- Step 2 Cut the cabbage very thinly.
- Step 3 Sprinkle with salt, grind with your hands until juice is extracted, season with black pepper.
