It can be served as a paste on the bread or to form a cylinder from the mass and cut it batchwise. In any case, you will find a very satisfying dish, which will provide you with energy for a long time.
Ingredients:- Brynza 500 g
- Walnut 50 g
- Garlic 6 denticles
- Butter 200 g
- Dill dry 1 g
- Parsley fresh 1 bunch
- Step 1 To prepare the snack we need cheese, butter, nuts, garlic, dried dill seeds, parsley greens.
- Step 2 Grind with a blender cheese, garlic, nuts, seeds of dill.
- Step 3 The mass should not be very uniform - small pieces of nuts should be felt.
- Step 4 Add oil to the mass. Good to mix.
- Step 5 Grind the parsley.
- Step 6 From the mass to form a cylinder and roll it in chopped parsley.
- Step 7 Turn the prepared cylinder into food cellophane.
- Step 8 Put in the freezer for 20 minutes or in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Step 9 Before serving, unfold the snack and cut it batchwise. Serve with black bread and vegetables.
