To prepare this snack, it is ideal to use the Bulgarian cheese - it fits well in its texture. But, in principle, you can use the Caucasian one. Cut the cheese into cubes about 3 cm. Bacon, if you have a whole piece, you need to cut into thin slices - we'll wrap up the cheese in them. Now, in a simple way, wrap the brynza cubes in slices of bacon - one cube in one slice.
