Ingredients:- Wheat Flour 600 g
- Eggs chicken 3 pcs.
- Sugar 180g
- Honey 4 tbsp. l.
- Baking powder 1 tsp.
- Butter 200 g
- Cinnamon powder 2 tsp.
- Carnation powder 2 tsp.
- Ginger dry 1 tsp.
- Step 1 For the preparation of cookies, you need to take flour, baking powder, chicken eggs, sugar, butter, honey, cinnamon, ginger and cloves.
- Step 2 Melt honey in a water bath. Add ground spices: cinnamon, ginger and cloves. Hold for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Step 3 Cool the honey mixture a little. Add the softened oil to it. Mix well.
- Step 4 Beat the eggs. Add parts of sugar. Continue to beat.
- Step 5 Add the sugar and egg mixture to the spicy honey mix. Mix.
- Step 6 In the mixture, add sieved flour with baking powder. Stir with a spoon. Then knead with your hands. The amount of flour to adjust independently, gradually pour the flour and feel the dough.
- Step 7 The dough will turn out to be very pleasant, elastic. To wrap it in a food film, to put in a refrigerator a minimum for 2 hours.
- Step 8 Ready the dough to roll into a layer, 3-5 mm thick. Cut the cookies with the help of molds. Spread on parchment and put on a baking sheet in a hot oven with a temperature of 180 ° C. Bake the biscuits for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Be careful not to burn cookies!
