- flour - 1 cup
- cocoa - 1/3 Glass
- baking powder - 1/2 teaspoons
- salt - 1/8 teaspoons
- vegetable fat - 1/3 Glass
- granulated sugar - 2/3 Glass
- vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- large egg white - 1 piece
- powdered sugar - 2 cups
- skim milk - 3 items. spoons
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Mix flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt, mix well with whisk. Put vegetable fat in a large bowl and whisk with a mixer at medium speed. Gradually add sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time. Add vanilla and egg whites, beat well. Add the mixture to the flour and mix the dough thoroughly. 2. Wrap the dough with waxed paper and freeze for 2 hours, until it becomes firm. Cut the dough into slices (mugs) and spread on the baking paper at a distance of 2.5 cm from each other. Bake at the temperature for 10 minutes. Allow to cool. 3. Mix the powdered sugar and milk in a bowl, mix with whisk until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Pour the mixture into a plastic bag and make a small hole on the end. Draw 3 concentric circles on each cookie. With a wooden stick or toothpick, make lines from the center to the edge of the cookie to form a pattern of cobwebs.
