Carrots are cleaned and cut into thin half-rings (or just finely shredded). Similarly finely chopped onions. Take a large pot or saucepan, warm it in oil, throw the butter onions and carrots. Fry for a few minutes, until golden onions. Pepper is purified from seeds and membranes, finely chopped. When the onion is gilded - add pepper to the saucepan. Fry for another 3-4 minutes. Further we take all our smoked products, cut into small pieces and send them to vegetables. After a couple of minutes after that add the diced tomatoes to the pot. Add the spices and stew on medium heat under the lid for 10-15 minutes. In the meantime, shred our cabbage. Load the cabbage into the pan and simmer for another 15 minutes over medium heat, stirring, under the lid. Bon Appetit!
