Ingredients - almost the same as when preparing rolls. The first thing to do is cook until rice is ready for sushi. If desired, in the finished rice, you can add a little bit of a special sushi sauce. Eggs whisk, fry from them a flat omelet. When it cools down, cut into strips. Avocado clean and cut into cubes. Cut the cucumber into 5 thin plates, lay out on a dish in the form of a star. Wet hands carefully distribute the cucumber rice boiled rice. The work is painstaking, but the more carefully you do everything - the more beautiful and effective will be the ready-made sushi cake. In rice, spread cream cheese, on it we lay out the stripped omelette. Again, do not rush, do everything neatly - otherwise the cake will turn out ugly. From above on an omelette we lay out cubes of avocado, and at last a beautiful layer from above we stack fish. It remains only to decorate the cake with olives, greens, lemon slices, sesame seeds - anything, as far as your fantasy allows. Spectacular sushi cake is ready! :)
