Ingredients. First, we prepare marinade, mixing ketchup, juice of one orange, soy sauce, sugar and grated ginger. Chicken fillet washed and cut into shish kebabs. We send chicken meat to the marinade and leave for half an hour. On the skewers in turn, string the pieces of pineapple and chicken. Spread our skewers on a baking sheet, oiled. We send it to the oven, heated to 200 degrees, for half an hour. Already on the 25th minute we start to monitor the chicken so that it does not dry up. Once the chicken is ready - immediately get the shish kebabs from the oven and serve directly on skewers. Chicken skewers with pineapple go well with red wine. Bon Appetit! :)
