Sweet potatoes with milk and nuts

1. Wash the sweet potatoes and bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for about 30-35 minutes until the potatoes are easily pierced with a fork. Let the potatoes cool down a bit, cut in half and take the pulp to a large bowl. 2. Add 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of milk, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, 1 teaspoon of salt. Using a potato press, mix all the ingredients until a uniform consistency is obtained. 3. In a separate bowl, mix 1 cup of brown sugar, 1 glass of chopped pecans, a glass of flour and a softened butter. The mixture should resemble a crumb of consistency. If desired, you can add to the mixture half a cup of oatmeal. 4. Put the potato mixture in a baking dish and sprinkle with nut mixture. Bake the potatoes in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes, until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly and serve immediately.
