Baskets with jam Tartlets appear on our table, usually only on holidays. Sometimes they are made from salted dough and filled with various meat, fish and vegetable fillings. But especially popular are shortcakes made of shortcake, filled with jelly, creams, jam, jam, fruits and berries. Perhaps, this is the best serving for dessert!
Ingredients:- Salt 1 pinch
- Red beans 500 g
- Wheat Flour 200 g
- Sugar powder 80 g
- Butter 80 g

- Apricot jam 50 ml

- Step 1 Preparation of billets of dough baskets. To make baskets, you need to take the flour of the highest grade, sugar powder, butter, egg and a pinch of salt.
- Step 2 In a bowl, combine the softened at room temperature butter, sugar powder and egg.
- Step 3 Products to grind into a homogeneous mass.
- Step 4 Add the sifted flour and salt to the mixture.
- Step 5 Knead the dough and put it on for 1 hour in the fridge.
- Step 6 Roll the dough into a 3-4 mm thick layer and cut out circles of a slightly larger diameter than the diameter of the molds. It is easier to do this with a kneader or other cylindrical objects.
- Step 7 For muffins or tartlets, oil them and sprinkle with flour.
- Step 8 Cut the dough mugs into a mold, slightly pressing.
- Step 9 To preserve the shape, fill the baskets with dry peas or beans.
- Step 10 Put the products in a preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes at a temperature of 200 ° C. Baskets cool and remove beans.
- Step 11 To prepare the filling you need to take egg whites, apricot jam, sugar, gelatin, jam (for example, from apples and blackberries) and a drop of lemon essence.
- Step 12 Preparation of marshmallow cream. Gelatin soak in 1/4 cup of cold boiled water and leave to swell for 40 minutes. After that, put the container in a water bath, and dissolve gelatin without boiling.
- Step 13 Gem slightly warm and rub through a sieve.
- Step 14 Puree to put in a small refractory capacity and pour sugar into it.
- Step 15 Boil the mixture for 7-10 minutes.
- Step 16 In hot mashed potatoes, pour the loose gelatin and stir well.
- Step 17 Whisk the whites into a thick foam.
- Step 18 Add the apricot mixture and a drop of lemon essence to the protein mass without stopping the whipping. A homogeneous mass should be obtained.
- Step 19 Preparation of tartlets. In the cooled baskets put on a teaspoon of jam and flatten.
- Step 20 On jam with the help of a confectionery syringe or a bag to squeeze out not yet frozen marshmallow cream. Fill the baskets in the refrigerator to freeze the cream.
- Step 21 Decorate the products with a multicolored powder.
