Preparation

1. Boil the meat and pass through a meat grinder. In the mince, add milk, salt, egg and mix well.

2. Boil the carrots and finely chop. With an apple peel off, slice it with slices and pour with hot water.

3. Grate the cheese on grater. Mix everything thoroughly.

4. From the stuffing make tortillas, put cheese-vegetable stuffing in them and form cutlets.

5. Put the cutlets in a frying pan, pour sour cream and put in the oven for 20 minutes.


Spinach soup is one of the most delicious and healthy dishes for a baby.

Take:

- 400 g of useful spinach

- 3 boiled eggs

- 500 ml cream (10%)

- salt to taste

- croutons or toasts

Preparation

1. Spinach the boil for 10 minutes, drain the water.

Take:

- 200 g of useful broccoli

- 200 g of cauliflower

- 200 g of zucchini

- 2 onions

- 1 Bulgarian pepper

- 500 g of veal or beef

- 4 table. tablespoons olive oil

- 2 cloves garlic

- salt - to taste

- 50 g of cheese

Preparation

1. Broccoli, cauliflower and zucchini boil in salted water for 5-7 minutes.

2. Cut the meat into small blocks. Put the frying pan on the fire, pour the oil and squeeze into it cloves of garlic, burn 3-4 minutes. Add the meat to the garlic, fry it a little, without closing the lid.

3. To the meat, add onion rings and a little water. Cover the meat and cook for another 10 minutes.

4. Prepare the pots, distribute them in layers and fill with vegetable broth.

5. Put the pots on the preheated oven for 40 minutes. Remove them, stir lightly, sprinkle with grated cheese and put into the oven for another 20 minutes.


Samsa with pumpkin

Take for the dough:

- 2 cups of water

- 4 glasses of flour

- 1/2 tea. tablespoons of salt

- 200 g of margarine

For filling:

- 400 g of useful gourd

- 2 onions

- 50 g of butter

- salt - to taste

- 1 table. a spoonful of oil

- 1 egg

Preparation

1. Knead the steep dough and set it aside for 20 minutes.

2. Then divide the dough into three parts, roll three circles out of them (the thinner the better).

3. Melt the margarine. Lubricate each circle abundantly and wait until it freezes. Roll each into a tight roll, put on a plate, cover with a film and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour. The dough should stand.

4. Prepare the filling. Pump the pumpkin on a medium grater, season with salt, cut the onions into half rings (not large).

5. After 30 minutes, remove the dough from the refrigerator, cut it across into equal brusochki.

6. Roll each block so that its center remains slightly convex, and the edges are thin.

7. For each layer of the rolled up dough, put first a piece of butter, then a pumpkin filling and fill the samsa in the form of a triangle.

8. On the baking sheet, put the samsa (seam down), grease each beaten egg and bake in a preheated oven (200 C).

- cinnamon

Preparation

1. Cut the apple into thin slices, after removing the cores.
