- Turkish peas "Nut" - 400 Grams

- lemon - 1/2 Pieces (juice)
- Ground Cumin - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Ground Cumin - 1/2 Teaspoon
- salt - 1 Pinch (to taste)
- fresh basil or Italian parsley - 1 cup
- cold water - 3-5 st. spoons
- olive oil - 1 st. a spoon
Nowadays, "Tahini" is widely available, so no excuses!) Put 5 cups of nut in a blender. Pour 1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon of Tahini. Chop 4 cloves of garlic. Add 1/2 lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin and pour 5 tablespoons water. Well and at last "BLEND IT!" - Mix everything to a homogeneous mass. Done.
