Calculate the amount

Three weeks before the expected date of birth, the basis of the drinking regimen should be dairy products - yoghurt, fermented baked milk, kefir, narine. They and the elasticity of the tissues will be increased, and the bowel work will be adjusted.

One week before the delivery, give up the fermented milk in favor of decoction from the flax seed (1 tablespoon per 250 ml of boiling water). It will prevent the mucous membranes from drying out.

On the day of birth, drink a decoction of thyme, mint, lemon balm, oregano, dogrose, currant, raspberries (take in equal parts). This drink will ease the contractions and help the cervix to open faster.


Special cases

From some ailments, which are often the companions of a pregnant woman, you can get rid of with therapeutic drinks. Prepare, drink and do not get sick!


Toxicosis

Make ginger tea. Cut off from the root of the plant a piece of 1 cm, sodium it on a grater and pour boiling water. When a little cool, add a teaspoon of honey. Drink small sips with interruptions.


Heartburn

Chamomile tea will help. 2 tbsp. Spoons of flowers pour half a liter of boiling water and hold on the fire for about 5 minutes. When it cools down, strain and drink three times a day for 100 ml before eating.


Constipation

During the day, lean on the fermented milk. And at least once a day, squeeze yourself a carrot frash (you can with an apple or celery). The main thing, do not forget to add a spoonful of olive oil and drink it right after cooking.


Edema

With this disease, you need to reduce the intake of salt (minums to a minimum!) And liquids (no more than 700-800 ml per day!). Proceed, every day alternating, a curative course of teas: sporicha, cranberry leaf, juniper (brew 1 tsp raw material for 200 ml of boiling water).


Cystitis

Did you get cystitis? Drink at least 2.5 liters of fluid per day. Brew kidney tea, broth of dogrose, nettle, dandelion, other herbs that have a diuretic effect.
