It is important that the bean is well boiled, it needs soft. You can use this dish in days of fasting, when oil and fish are allowed to eat.
Ingredients:- Beans white dry 350 g
- Tuna canned 180 g
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp. l.
- Olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
- Salt sea 0.1 tsp.
- Pepper black ground 1 pinch
- Green onion 5 g
- Salt 2 pinch
- Step 1 Prepare the main products: white beans boil until tender, tuna canned, lemon, olive little, green onion.
