Take with you several sealed packages of baby food, jars of mashed potatoes, a set of children's dishes and a blender. They are useful in conditions of sudden force majeure: food problems in a hotel or a cafe.

Prepare an easy road lunch for the baby: dry biscuits or biscuits, a drink in a thermos, cereal bars, bananas, curd desserts and fruit porridges in compact packages. Do not feed the child on a trip with meat sandwiches, vegetable salads, potatoes or sweets - these products are capable of provoking disorders of the gastrointestinal tract.

Collect the first aid kit in case of unforeseen situations in accordance with the recommendations of the pediatrician. It should contain sorbents (Enterosgel, Smecta, activated charcoal in capsules), probiotics (Bifiform, Lineks), enzymes (Creon, Mezim).
