In photos leaked to the Internet, Barack Obama and Michelle Robinson are walking around the park, and the future American president is talking about his companion with enthusiasm. The pictures were posted on Twitter by LA Weekly critic Amy Nicholson, and in Instagram by the editorial staff of Variety.
Barack Obama and Michelle Robinson: how it all began
In 1989, a graduate of Columbia University, 28-year-old Barack Obama, studied at the Law School of Harvard University. On the internship, a novice lawyer was appointed to the company Sidley Austin, where he happened to fall under the command of a more experienced in law specialist Michelle Lavon Robinson.
It is known that Barak was not immediately able to persuade the girl on the first date, but, thanks to his perseverance, it still took place. That day the young people visited the Institute of Arts in Chicago and went to the film "Do it right" by Spike Lee. As Obama later recalled in his memoirs, the first kiss of the couple took place, and it happened next to a small cafe selling ice cream.
Some time ago, at a cafe where a historic kiss happened, a commemorative granite board with a photograph of the hugging Barak and Michelle Obama was installed and a quote from the president:
"I kissed her and felt the taste of chocolate."
The wedding of Barack Obama and Michelle Robinson took place in October 1992. Six years later, in 1998, the first daughter of the pair appeared - Malia Ann. Three years later the second girl Natasha was born. As president of the United States, Obama was elected in 2008. Four years later, his presidential powers were extended for a second term.
