Mini-pies with banana filling Express-recipe of sweet mini-pies made of ready-made puff pastry with banana filling! The recipe is good because the "sticks" are prepared quickly, especially it helps when the guests are already on the threshold and need to prepare something tasty for tea! Bananas inside the puff pastry become soft during the frying process. You can also cook such pies with other fillings, both sweet and not sweet, but the filling should be ready, as the dough itself is quickly fried, and the raw filling simply will not have time to prepare.
Ingredients:- Puff pastry 450 g
- Bananas 2 pcs.
- Sugar 1.5 tbsp. l.
- Wheat Flour 1.5 tbsp. l.
- Sunflower refined oil 200 ml
- Step 1 To make "fingers" of puff pastry with banana filling, we need a ready-made puff pastry, bananas, sugar, flour for rolling out dough, refined sunflower oil for frying.
- Step 2 Clean the bananas, cut across halves, and then another half each along four parts. A total of 16 bananas are obtained. We need 15.
- Step 3 The finished puff pastry is cut into 15 pieces in the form of rectangles. We sprinkle the litter with flour and roll it in one direction.
- Step 4 Put on the rectangles of the dough pieces of bananas - for each piece of dough on a piece of a banana. Lightly sprinkle with sugar.
- Step 5 Close first with smaller sides, pressing down with a fork.
- Step 6 Then we connect the big sides, also by pressing the edge with a fork so that the seams do not diverge during the frying process. These sticks are obtained.
- Step 7 Fry our puff pastry over medium heat with refined sunflower oil on three sides - sides and back.
- Step 8 We serve the table in a cooled form.
