The kernels of the nuts should be crushed to the size of the buckwheat (you can have a little more), then they are fried in a pan without changing the color and are cleaned of the shell. Honey is heated about 3-4 times until foam forms on its surface. After the two main ingredients are ready, combine them by adding the powdered sugar, and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes. The mass obtained as a result is poured onto a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, a layer of about 0.5 centimeters. The layer is cooled and leveled. Before serving, cut this "cake" into portions with a heated sharp knife.
