3. Lie on the floor, turn to the right side. Raise your right arm up, left stretch along the trunk. Slowly lift the trunk with the right arm on the floor, lift your left hand up. Repeat this exercise to correct stoop lying on the left side.

7. The starting position for the next exercise is standing, legs apart. Tilt forward, hands touch the floor. Turn your head and torso to the right, take your right hand to the side, without taking your left hand from the floor and looking at your right arm. Go back to the starting position and do the same movements in the opposite direction.

8. In the standing position, extend your arms upwards, execute three circular movements with your hands in front of you to the right, then to the left, while making minor movements of the trunk.
