Salad from cauliflower.

You will need: 1 head of cauliflower, 1 large onion, greens, 2st. l. vegetable oil, 1 st. l. vinegar, salt, sugar, pepper - to taste.

Method of preparation: clean and rinse cauliflower, remove top leaves and cob. For ten minutes, soak cabbage in cold salted water, then divide the inflorescences of cabbage and run it and cook in salted water for 5-7 minutes. Cover the pan. Then take out the cabbage and put it on a plate to cool it. In the water in which cabbage was cooked put the oil of vinegar, salt, sugar and pepper. Peel the bulb in small cubes and chop the greens. Onions, greens and cabbage pour the sauce and leave the salad for two hours, so that it is completely soaked.

Salad from a radish.

You will need: 600g radish, 1 st. l. mayonnaise, 2st. l. kefir or sour cream, 1h. l. mustard, ½ lemon, pepper, greens.

Rinse the radish, peel it and rinse again. Put in the salad bowl mayonnaise, kefir, lemon juice, mustard, pepper and salt (to taste). Mix everything thoroughly. You can beat the mixture with a blender. Then add the radish in the sauce, grated in advance. Rinse the greens, chop it and mix with the salad.

Carrot and apple salad.

You will need: 1 green apple, 4 carrots, 2 st. l. lemon juice, 1 tbsp. raisins, 1 st. l. vegetable oil, 1 ч.л. Sahara.

This salad is best done at the end of cooking, because for him you need to soak for an hour raisins in cold water, so that it becomes soft. Peel the carrots, rinse it and grate on a large grater. Wash the apple, peel it and also grate it. Rinse the raisins with lemon juice, butter and sugar, add carrot and apple to the mixture.

Let the salad stand in a cold place for half an hour, so that it soaks.

Sour cream and potato salad.

You will need: 600g of potatoes, 1 large onion, 200g of vegetable mix, 100g of smoked sausage, 1 tomato, 2 tablespoons. mayonnaise, 2st. l. kefir, pepper, herbs.

Boil the potatoes. While he is cooking, put a mayonnaise (or sour cream), salt and pepper in a salad bowl. Blend these ingredients with a blender until a homogeneous air mass is obtained - the sauce. Peel and finely chop onion, sausage, greens, tomato. When the potatoes are cooked, cool it, then peel and cut into cubes. Add to the other ingredients of the salad. Salad dress with the previously prepared sauce, mix well, put it on the fridge for half an hour so that it soaks.

When there is very little time left before the festive evening, I want to not only devote this time to cooking, but also myself. Cook and look after your face at the same time. The recipes for the following masks are very simple. Such masks can also be applied during the cooking of the above salads.

- Dip the onions for 10 minutes into boiling water, then grate it and mix with 1 tbsp. honey. Apply mass to cleansed face and neck. Hold for 15-20 minutes, then rinse with warm water. This nutritious and vitamin mask is very useful for dry skin, it makes it tender and velvety.

- Mix for 1 hour. cottage cheese, honey and yogurt. Apply mask on face for half an hour. After that, rinse and wipe your face with a slice of lemon. This mask is suitable for tired skin. It brings back healthy and look and radiance to your skin.
