In terms of cooking here everything is very simple. We put all our ingredients - tofu, walnuts, sesame oil and garlic - in the bowl for the blender. Sprinkle it all with a teaspoon of lemon juice. We grind to a homogeneous, dense mass. When namazka has acquired the necessary consistency, you can optionally sprinkle it with sesame seeds and fresh herbs. Serve as you like - for example, smeared on toast.
