- Tofu - 1 piece (packing)
- Mixture of vegetables - 2 glasses (carrots, beans, corn, etc.)
- Green onion pods - 4-5 pieces
- Sliced leaves of Thai basil - 1 cup
- Thai red curry paste - 1 st. a spoon
- Sesame oil - 1 st. a spoon
- Shallots and leaves of Thai basil - - To taste (several, to complete the dish)
- Salt - - To taste
Wash and cut all vegetables, including green onions. Mash the tofu and set aside, until, aside. Then fry the vegetables in warm sesame oil. After 5 minutes of cooking, add curry. When the vegetables are well roasted add tofu. Thoroughly mix everything and salt. Add the basil leaves. Stir. And cook for 2-3 minutes. Serve hot, decorating the dish with green onions and basil leaves. Bon Appetit.
