- Tuna fillet - 150 Grams
- Shallot bulb - 1 piece
- Ginger - 10 Grams
- Lemon - 1 piece (or lime)
- Olive oil - - To taste
- Salt, pepper, chive-onion - - To taste
Prepare foods. Wash the tuna fillet and peel the ginger. With a sharp knife, chop the chilled fillet of tuna and shallots very quickly, grate the ginger on a small grater. Mix all the ingredients, season with olive oil and lemon juice, add salt and pepper. Put in the freezer for 5 minutes.
