- Tomatoes - 3 Pieces
- Canned beans - 450 Grams
- Green onions - 3 Pieces
- Fresh greens - - To taste
- Lemon juice - 2 teaspoons
- Salt, pepper - - To taste
- Olive oil - 2 teaspoons
My tomatoes and cut into small cubes. In a bowl, mix sliced tomatoes and canned beans (without liquid). We chop the green onions with small rings. Fresh greens (I have parsley and basil) finely chopped and together with green onions add to the salad. Mix lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. We fill the salad with the resulting mixture. Gently mix. Bon Appetit! ;)
