1. Peel the onion and finely chop it into cubes. Cut the bread into small cubes. Sprinkle pieces of bread with dried garlic. If you have fresh garlic grate the bread with chopped garlic. Fry croutons in a preheated oven. 2. Wash the pepper and cucumber. Remove the core and seeds from the pepper. If the cucumbers are large, peel. Pepper and cucumbers cut into small cubes. 3. Wash and dry tomatoes. Cut them into small cubes. Vegetables need to be cut in the same size cubes. 4. Add the vegetables to a separate bowl and mix. Pour them tomato juice. To make the soup brewed, give it a little stand and pour into plates. Serve cucumber-tomato soup with croutons.
