Vegetables thoroughly washed, onion clean. For a salad, tomato varieties are best suited - cream. If you use tomatoes of other varieties, it is better to peel them. For this salad are suitable Bulgarian peppers of red color! Onions shall be finely chopped and fried in vegetable oil until transparent. Tomatoes are peeled (if necessary) and cut into small slices. We cut the pepper into thin strips. We put all the vegetables in a saucepan, add salt, pepper, add sugar, paprika and put it on a small fire for about 30 minutes. For 5 minutes before the preparation should be added a teaspoon of 70% vinegar. Then we let the tomato salad in sterilized jars and roll it up.
