But most often we make a tomato salad, adding cucumbers, sweet Bulgarian pepper and spicy vegetable greens, and have you ever tried to make a salad of tomatoes ... with mint? Probably not. For many, mint is associated with aromatic tea or fruit desserts, but not as a seasoning for vegetable dishes. But in a company with tomatoes, it sounds very good, try to prepare this salad, and you will see for yourself. No other vegetables, except sweet salad onions in this salad of tomatoes, do not need to add, but the tomatoes themselves must be of excellent quality.
Ingredients:- Tomatoes 4 pcs.
- Leeks 1 pc.
- Fresh mint 0.5 bunch
- Olive oil 3 tbsp. l.
- Salt 1 pinch
- Step 1 To prepare the salad tomatoes should be ripe, sweet and juicy, leeks can be substituted for purple or white sweet onions.
- Step 2 Cut the white part of leeks into thin rings.
- Step 3 Wash and cut the tomatoes.
- Step 4 Mint thoroughly rinse, dry and finely chop.
- Step 5 Combine all the products - tomatoes, leeks, mint and 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil.
