Tomatoes stuffed with cottage cheese

Prepare all the ingredients. We need small, sturdy tomatoes. First we 'll do the ingredients. Ingredients: Instructions

Prepare all the ingredients. We need small, sturdy tomatoes. First we'll deal with tomatoes. With a sharp knife we cut off the top of the tomato (I cooked a snack for the festive table, so I carved it beautifully, at an angle of 60 degrees, but you can just cut off the top horizontally). We do not need the top of the tomato - it can be used to prepare another dish or simply eat raw. Spoon gently we get the contents of a tomato - seeds with a liquid. We do not need the inside of the tomato, but they should not be thrown away - again, prepare something, for example, tomato sauce. Inside the tomato there should be practically no liquid and seeds - in fact, we only need a basket of the solid part of the tomato. Now a little trick - put the tomatoes on a paper towel (hollow part down) and leave, and in the meantime we are engaged in stuffing. A paper towel will absorb all the remaining liquid in tomatoes, and we will have perfectly prepared baskets of tomatoes. We knead the cottage cheese with a fork. Add the finely chopped greens to the curd. Then squeeze garlic. We add mayonnaise, salt-pepper, mix. Using a teaspoon, fill our tomatoes with the resulting cottage cheese mixture. Serve as a snack or aperitif. Bon Appetit! :)
