Pasta with red fish and red caviar

Thin ringlets cut the white part of the green onion. Red fish (I had a salmon) n Ingredients: Instructions

Thin ringlets cut the white part of the green onion. Red fish (I had a salmon) cut across the fibers into small pieces. Each cherry tomato is cut into 8 equal parts. Finely chop a small amount of parsley. Take a deep frying pan or a wide saucepan, melt the butter in it. In the heated oil we throw small ringlets of onions, fry until soft - about 1 minute. Add the pieces of red fish, pepper and, stirring quickly, fry about 1 minute. Now pour the cream into the saucepan, reduce the heat to a minimum and stew our sauce for about 5-6 minutes. In the meantime, in the boiling water it is necessary to throw our paste (I used tagliatelle). About a minute before the sauce is ready add the cherry tomatoes. Add the paste (without water, of course) to the saucepan. We also throw chopped parsley. Gently mix and remove from heat. Spread the dish on a plate, decorate each serving with a teaspoon of red caviar and, if desired, fresh greens. Bon appetit, gourmets! :)
