- Daikon - 350 Grams
- Salt - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Nuts - 50 Grams
- Cilantro - - To taste
We clean the daikon. We rub daikon like carrots in Korean. We put the grated daikon in a salad bowl, season with salt, sugar and vinegar. Stir well and leave for half an hour. A liquid will emerge from the daikon, it will need to be drained. The daikon, freed from excess liquid, is put on a serving plate, sprinkled with cilantro and chopped nuts. Done!
