- Garlic - 2 Teeth
- Fresh rosemary - 1 Piece (sprig)
- Lemon juice - 1 st. a spoon
- Cream - 2 items. spoons
- Lemon Zest - 1 Teaspoon
- Salt - 1 Pinch (to taste)
- Ground black pepper - 1 Pinch (to taste)
Wash tomatoes, cut off the tops and clean the contents. Garlic peeled and, together with a sprig of rosemary finely chop. Goat cheese grind with garlic and rosemary, lemon juice and zest, cream. The resulting mixture salt, pepper to taste. Empty tomatoes filled with cheese mass. Serve with a crispy bun.
