Eggs boil hard, cut into cubes of medium size. Finely chop the green onions. Pork heart thoroughly washed and soaked in cold water for 1 hour. Then put the heart in boiling water and cook for 2 hours. We cut the heart into small cubes. Mix the green onions, heart and eggs. Then squeeze garlic. Season with mayonnaise and salt.
