A few recommendations
On cucumbers (minus 3,5 kg)
It is the least caloric, and the properties of cucumbers can slow the process of formation of harmful fats and carbohydrates.
Sample menu: buy a half kilograms of cucumbers and divide them into six meals. You can not add salt or spices to them, but you can supplement the diet with bran and one boiled egg.
Apples (minus 3 kg)
Scientists have long proven that apples are not only a storehouse of vitamins, but also an excellent way to speed up the process of digesting food. By the way, choosing an unloading day on apples you can eat them not only raw, but also baked in the oven.
Menu: as in the previous case, you need a half kilogram of these fruits. Only need to choose neutral or acid varieties. It is necessary to act on the principle: as soon as there is a feeling of hunger, you need to eat one apple, but do not eat them against your own will. In addition, you need to drink a half liter of mineral water without gas.
Kefir (can be lost two kilograms)

Other options
In addition to the methods described above, it is possible to use such means for losing weight on unloading days:
- On mineral water. You can add a little lemon juice to the liquid.
- Chicken fillet. Meat should be boiled and not salty. You can supplement it with raw vegetables in minimum quantities. During the day you can drink black or green tea.
- The juice day is like a day of rest on the water. But canned juices must be diluted with boiled water.
In a situation with self-adjustment of excess weight, it is important not to overdo it, and not continue this principle of nutrition for more than a day. But even after a fasting day, you do not have to get too involved with high-calorie food.
