Very unusual taste is obtained from this dish, I advise you to cook it. Firstly - it's delicious, and secondly - it's useful, well, thirdly - it's very simple! The recipe for cooking sorrel with eggs I got from a friend who in a hurry mixed up in a store spinach with sorrel and cooked such a dish :) We liked this dish and I share this simple recipe for its preparation: 1. The leaves of my sorrel and finely cut. 2. Put the sorrel on a heated frying pan with melted butter, cover with a lid and simmer for a few minutes over medium heat. 3. While the sorrel is stewing, we beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper. 4. Pour the beaten mixture with stewed sorrel and cover the pan with a frying pan. 5. Fry until done. If the top is poorly fried - you can turn it over. We serve the table with sour cream or with any, but not sour, sauce. Bon Appetit!
