Pancakes, as we all know, are fried on both sides. When the pancakes are ready, smear them with jam, turn into a tube and serve! Children will just love this delicious food!

CROWNED PANCAKES WITH A VARIETY



Necessary ingredients: milk - 0,35 l, powdered sugar - 40 grams, salt, 1 raw egg, 150 grams of cottage cheese, 100-120 g of flour, melted butter, any jam.

Recipe for cooking: 0.35 liters of milk is divided in half and poured into different containers. In the first part of the milk, add a pinch of salt, sugar powder (or sugar), raw chicken egg, cottage cheese and flour. All products are mixed to a homogeneous mass without lumps, we add milk from the second container and mix everything up to a homogeneous mass, without lumps. When the dough is ready, let it stand for about half an hour or forty minutes. When the dough settles, start to prepare pancakes. The principle of cooking pancakes, we know, so we will not dwell on it. Finished pancakes oiled with jam and rolled into tubes. Necessary ingredients: 0.4 liters of sour cream, salt, 3 yolks, sugar powder, 150-170 gr of flour, 5-5,5 g of soda, 4 proteins, melted butter and jam.

Recipe for preparation: add a pinch of salt to the sour cream, three egg yolks and sugar powder or sugar (at your discretion). Mix flour with baking soda and add to the mass with sour cream, then from the products obtained we knead dough without lumps and add egg whites. In the first part of the milk, we add sugar, a pinch of salt, yeast, raw chicken eggs and flour, mix all the products to a homogeneous, thick mass without lumps. In the received weight we add milk from the second capacity, again we mix up to homogeneous weight, but any more such thick as it was originally. Ready dough should wander about an hour, so we put it in a cool place and wait for it to be ready for roasting. From the ready-made dough, we fry on both sides of the muffin. This dish is served on a table in a warm form with jam.

APPLE PANCAKES



Necessary ingredients: 0,5 l of milk, oat flakes - 150-160 grams, 2-3 yolks, 150 grams of flour, breadcrumbs - about 20 grams, powdered sugar, salt, 400 g of apples, melted butter.

The recipe for cooking: it is necessary to soak the flakes of oatmeal in warm milk and let them soak. In the resulting mass, add three egg yolks, a pinch of salt, two or three tablespoons of sugar or forty grams of powdered sugar, breadcrumbs and flour. Then take the apples and peel them from the peel and core, then rub them on a large or small grater (at your discretion), then add the apples to the resulting mass of cereal, milk, flour and other products, mix all the ingredients to a monotonous mass. Lubricate the frying pan with melted butter, heat up and begin to fry the pancakes on both sides. Finished pancakes can also be decorated with powdered sugar. This dish on the table is served only in a hot form, because in the cold form the apples harden. Children are very fond of such pancakes!

POTATO PANCAKES



Necessary ingredients: 300 g of boiled potatoes, 30 g of sour cream, 10-15 g of flour, 2 raw chicken eggs, 20-25 grams of fat, salt, cheese.

The recipe for cooking: boil the potatoes and let it through the meat grinder (fashionable grate or grind in a blender). Mix sour cream with egg yolks, add flour and mix with the resulting crushed potatoes. We beat the proteins to a fluffy foam and gently add the sour cream and flour to the mass obtained from the potato. We heat the frying pan (or oil) and fry our pancakes from two sides, taking into account that the pancakes in this recipe should turn out to be thick (about 1-1.5 centimeters). Finished pancakes are sprinkled with grated cheese on top and served on the table in a hot form. From such a dish your children will lick their fingers!

Necessary ingredients: yogurt - 125-130 gr, 60-70 gr flour, 1 teaspoon of soda drinking, 2 eggs, salt, fat (or butter).

The recipe for cooking: pour the flour into curdled milk and add two egg yolks, a teaspoon of baking soda, a pinch of salt, two or three tablespoons of sugar and mix all the products. We heat the fat (or oil at your discretion) on a heated frying pan and cook pancakes, frying them from two sides. Ready-made pancakes can be served on the table both hot and cold. This dish is very useful for a child's growing body.
