From the history of cottage cheese In the Slavic peoples cottage cheese has always been one of the most used products at all times. In times immemorial, it was eaten almost every day. The raw material for cooking cottage cheese was the most common yogurt. Clay pot with sour milk our ancestors put for a couple of hours in a hot oven. Then they took out the pot and poured the contents into a linen bag. Serum dripped, and a bag of the remaining cottage cheese was put under the press. But the Chinese make cottage cheese not from sour milk, but from soy. Soy curd is one of the most delicious Chinese dishes. It is made from soybeans. The Chinese really like the delicate and delicate flavor of this cottage cheese, as well as its pleasant aroma and low price. Soy curd is the representative of Chinese delicacies. The history of its preparation is more than 2 thousand years. Soy curd has now crossed the border of China and has become famous in other countries of the world.

- Step 9 Cover the dough with a napkin and put it in a warm place for 30 minutes to make it fit.

- Step 15 Pour the water into the pan and put the mesh in it for cooking. After the steam starts to go - lay out on the net vareniki and cover the pan with a lid. Cook for 5 minutes without turning the vareniki. The water in the pan should not come in contact with the dumplings.
